REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – FOOTIEPREDICTIONS
Last updated: 06-02-2025
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Footiepredictions V.O.F. (“Footiepredictions”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
1.1. Digital Services
Footiepredictions provides digital sports analysis, statistical information, predictions, speculative betting tips, membership access, and related digital services.
Our Services may include immediate access to private communication channels, including Telegram, and the delivery of time-sensitive proprietary content.
1.2. General No-Refund Rule
Except where a refund, withdrawal, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy is required under applicable mandatory law, purchases are final and non-refundable once:
-
access to the purchased digital content has been provided;
-
access to the relevant membership or private channel has been activated; or
-
performance of the purchased Service has commenced.
1.3. No Performance-Based Refunds
Footiepredictions does not guarantee profitable results.
A Customer is therefore not entitled to a refund solely because:
-
a betting tip or prediction loses;
-
multiple predictions lose;
-
expected profits are not achieved;
-
the Customer incurs betting losses;
-
the Customer disagrees with an analysis or prediction;
-
a team, player, or sporting event performs differently from expected;
-
quoted odds change;
-
a betting market becomes unavailable;
-
a Bookmaker refuses, limits, cancels, or voids a wager;
-
the Customer chooses not to use the purchased Service;
-
the Customer is dissatisfied with their personal betting results.
Betting results do not determine whether the purchased digital Service has been delivered.
1.4. Change of Mind
Except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise, a change of mind after access to the Service has been provided does not create a right to a refund.
2. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
2.1.
Customers may have statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights depending on their country of residence and the nature of the purchased Service.
Nothing in this Policy removes such rights where they cannot legally be waived or restricted.
2.2. Immediate Performance
Footiepredictions generally provides or begins providing its digital Services shortly after payment.
Where required by applicable law, Customers may therefore be asked during checkout to expressly request or consent to performance beginning during an applicable statutory withdrawal period.
2.3. Digital Content
Where applicable law permits the statutory withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium to be lost following immediate delivery, this will only apply where the legally required conditions have been satisfied.
This may include obtaining the Customer’s prior express consent to immediate performance, the Customer’s acknowledgement that this results in the loss of the withdrawal right, and providing any confirmation required by applicable law.
2.4. Services
Where the Agreement legally qualifies as a service contract rather than the supply of digital content, different withdrawal rules may apply.
Where mandatory law allows a Customer to withdraw after requesting that performance begin during the withdrawal period, Footiepredictions reserves the right to charge any proportionate amount permitted by applicable law for Services already supplied.
2.5.
Accepting our general Terms and Conditions alone does not replace separate express consent or acknowledgement where applicable law requires such consent.
3. WHEN A REFUND MAY BE CONSIDERED
Subject to the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, Footiepredictions may consider or provide an appropriate remedy where, for example:
-
the Customer was charged more than once for the same purchase due to a verified duplicate transaction;
-
payment was successfully completed but the purchased access was not provided;
-
a material technical problem attributable to Footiepredictions prevents delivery of the purchased Service and cannot reasonably be resolved;
-
Footiepredictions cancels a paid Service before providing the material part of that Service;
-
the transaction was demonstrably unauthorized;
-
a refund or other remedy is required by applicable mandatory law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include restoring access, correcting the Service, extending access, providing replacement delivery, issuing a partial refund, or issuing a full refund.
4. PERSONAL SUPERVISOR AND INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE
4.1.
Footiepredictions may offer additional services described as “Personal Supervisor”, “1-on-1 assistance”, individualized guidance, or similar terminology.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these Services consist of informational and analytical assistance.
4.2. No Guaranteed Financial Result
Purchasing individualized assistance does not guarantee:
-
profitable betting results;
-
recovery of previous betting losses;
-
a minimum return;
-
a particular win rate;
-
continuous profits;
-
protection against betting losses.
4.3.
Advice or analysis provided through individualized assistance may result in unsuccessful predictions or betting losses.
Such an outcome alone does not mean that the purchased Service was not supplied and does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund.
4.4.
Nothing in this section excludes a refund or other remedy where required under applicable mandatory law or where Footiepredictions materially fails to provide the purchased Service.
5. OFFICIAL PAYMENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTIES
5.1.
Customers should only make payments through payment methods, checkout pages, bank accounts, or payment links officially provided or expressly authorized by Footiepredictions.
5.2.
Customers should verify payment instructions if they receive an unusual payment request.
5.3.
Footiepredictions is not responsible for money voluntarily transferred to fraudulent impersonators, fake social-media accounts, unauthorized third parties, or payment destinations that were not authorized by Footiepredictions, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.4.
A payment made through an alternative or personal payment method that was expressly authorized by Footiepredictions will not be treated as unauthorized merely because the payment destination is different from the standard checkout method.
6. SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIRECT MESSAGES
6.1.
Footiepredictions may communicate with Customers through Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
6.2.
General conversations, estimates, explanations, opinions, and informal statements made through these channels should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, this Refund Policy, and the specific terms presented during purchase.
6.3.
No employee, administrator, analyst, contractor, or representative may provide a guarantee of successful betting outcomes or guaranteed financial profits unless Footiepredictions has expressly confirmed otherwise in an authorized written agreement.
6.4.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude statements, representations, commitments, or consumer rights that are legally binding under applicable mandatory law.
6.5.
Where an informal communication clearly conflicts with the published Terms or this Policy, Footiepredictions may rely on the published contractual terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. REFUND AND SERVICE CLAIMS
7.1.
Customers who believe that they have not received the Service they purchased should contact Footiepredictions as soon as reasonably possible.
7.2.
To allow us to investigate efficiently, Customers should provide:
-
their name;
-
the email address or account used for the purchase;
-
the transaction or order information;
-
the date of purchase;
-
a description of the issue;
-
any relevant supporting evidence.
7.3.
We may request additional reasonable information where necessary to investigate a claim.
7.4.
Failure to report an issue immediately does not remove statutory rights or limitation periods that cannot lawfully be shortened or excluded.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
8.1.
Customers who believe a payment was incorrect or that the purchased Service was not delivered are encouraged to contact Footiepredictions before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
8.2.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a Customer from exercising a lawful chargeback, payment dispute, or statutory consumer right.
8.3.
Footiepredictions reserves the right to contest chargebacks that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with Services actually delivered.
8.4.
When contesting a payment dispute, Footiepredictions may provide the relevant payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other authorized dispute-resolution provider with evidence reasonably necessary to demonstrate:
-
the Customer’s purchase;
-
acceptance of applicable terms;
-
provision of access;
-
delivery of digital content;
-
communications concerning the transaction; and
-
use of the purchased Service.
Any personal data shared for this purpose will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
8.5.
Where permitted by applicable law, access associated with a disputed or reversed payment may be suspended while the payment dispute remains unresolved.
8.6.
Where a chargeback is determined to have been fraudulent or abusive, Footiepredictions reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
9. BOOKMAKER-RELATED ISSUES
Footiepredictions is not a Bookmaker and does not control third-party gambling operators.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds will therefore not be issued solely because a Bookmaker:
-
changes its odds;
-
removes a betting market;
-
refuses a wager;
-
limits the Customer’s maximum stake;
-
restricts or closes the Customer’s account;
-
settles a bet differently than expected;
-
voids a wager;
-
delays withdrawals or deposits;
-
does not offer a market available to another Customer;
-
applies country-specific restrictions.
Any dispute regarding a wager placed with a Bookmaker must generally be addressed directly with that Bookmaker.
10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM INTERRUPTIONS
Footiepredictions may use third-party services including Telegram, Instagram, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, and other communication platforms.
A temporary interruption affecting a third-party platform does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where a significant interruption prevents Footiepredictions from delivering a material part of a paid Service, we may provide an appropriate remedy such as alternative delivery, restored access, an access extension, credit, partial refund, or full refund where required by applicable law.
11. REFUND METHOD
Where a refund is approved, Footiepredictions will generally attempt to return the relevant amount through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may depend on the Customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, and country.
A refund is considered initiated by Footiepredictions once it has been submitted to the applicable payment provider. Additional processing time by third parties is outside our direct control.
12. FRAUD AND ABUSE
Footiepredictions reserves the right to reject fraudulent refund requests and take appropriate action against:
-
fabricated payment claims;
-
falsified evidence;
-
deliberate duplicate refund attempts;
-
identity or payment fraud;
-
misuse of chargeback procedures;
-
attempts to retain paid access after obtaining an improper payment reversal.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate consumer rights or good-faith payment disputes.
13. RELATIONSHIP WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of and should be read together with the Footiepredictions Terms and Conditions.
If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, they will be interpreted together to the extent reasonably possible.
Mandatory applicable law shall prevail where contractual provisions cannot lawfully override it.
14. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
This Policy applies to Customers internationally.
Consumer, cancellation, and refund rights vary between jurisdictions. The availability of the Services internationally does not mean that identical refund rules necessarily apply to every Customer.
Where mandatory consumer protection law in the Customer’s jurisdiction grants rights that cannot contractually be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy and the contractual relationship between Footiepredictions and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections applicable under rules of private international law that cannot contractually be excluded.
